John Payne OBITUARY
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Dr. John (Jack) Payne – wonderful husband, dad, uncle, brother, grandfather, friend, and physician.
Jack departed this world peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on the morning of November 1st, after a decade long, courageous battle with renal cancer.

Jack is preceded in death by his parents John and Ginny Payne, his son, William (Billy) Payne, sister Carole Knuti, and nephew, Steven Payne. He is survived by his wife Pam, daughters Katie Payne Wahrhaftig (Adam), Kristin Schlesinger, and Jacqui Payne (Jerrad).
Siblings Jim Payne (Terrie), Nancy Moroz, Jeff Payne (Claudia), and Jay Payne (Joanne). Grandchildren Lilly and Jack Schlesinger and Graham, Cal, and Reed Wahrhaftig.
